Wooden Pencils with Eraser Customizable with Full-Color Print

I have been trying to deal with this company for WEEKS! Ordered custom pencils, first order came blurry and very poor quality. The company issued me store credit... ok, I try ordering the SAME thing. The second time they did not follow directions and printed the text black on black! Of course the text was not visible black on black. I contact customer service and it has been me doing ALL the work! They say they will refund, then nothing one week later, nothing 2 weeks later all the while I am having to be the first to make contact to check on the issue.I had to ask for a refund after 2 failed attempts for them to get it right because the true around time was so long that a third attempt at letting them get it right would not work because they would arrive to late for their intended use as the event would already be over. In the end they partial refund $13 and do not refund the store credit I HAD to USE on the SECOND reorder all due to their error BOTH orders! Poor EXPERINCE each time and I cant believe they refuse to at least return the store credit I HAD to use because of their first mess up! The customer service team could use retraining and the quality control team as well because that secong redo should have been checked after its wrong the first time! In the end they kept my store credit (which I would have rather had my money not credit since they cant get it right and take so long) and have refused to a full refund although this was their fault not mine, and I got 2 orders I cant use and had to donate and still ended up having to pay for them BOTH in the end. I don't know if this company is a scam company or just bad at business, either way do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
