Our Domed Stickers are not recommended for outdoor use as the resin is not UV resistant. Long exposure to the sun may cause the resin to turn yellow.

Technical Information
Polyurethane Doming Resin
Our domed stickers are coated with a scratch-proof polyurethane epoxy resin. Not only is the plastic coating scratch-proof, but it also protects the sticker from the sun's harmful UV rays. This protection helps to keep your logo looking bright and fade-free, preserving each of your design's vibrant colors for years of faithful service.
Printing
We digitally print using a high resolution 4 color (CMYK) process to print all logos, text and background colors onto the stickers. We can print onto White, Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, Chrome Silver and Chrome Gold vinyl substrates. When printing your design onto any of the vinyls other than white, the white sections of your design will become clear, which (in the case of the metallic vinyls) will show through the metallic effect of the vinyl itself.
Pantone® Colors
If Pantone® colors are used in your design we will use the CMYK Pantone® matching system to print your stickers using CMYK inks. Please note: There are many Pantone® colors that cannot be accurately matched using CMYK colors. If you use a Pantone® color that cannot be matched it will be converted to the closest CMYK color available. If printing on a vinyl other than white, the color or effect of the vinyl may affect the final printed color.
Please Note
For custom shape designs ordered we may have to alter your design if it is not feasible to be domed, such as if it contains pointed edges or tight internal radiuses. Corners must be rounded and need to have a minimum radius of around 1mm. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. All email orders will be given a PDF proof before production which will show any of these changes. Orders placed on the website will be approved as part of the ordering process.

Product FAQs
How are the domed stickers supplied?
All of our custom stickers are supplied in an easy-to-peel sheet format. The sheets are 9.25 inches wide by 10 inches tall with a printable area for the location of the stickers which is 8.81 inches x 8.64 inches. They are not available on a roll or individually cut.
Do you offer metallic background options?
For domed stickers we offer a brushed silver and brush gold metallic vinyl as well as a white vinyl. Vinyl is the name given to the sticker material that we print your design onto. Each vinyl type has its own unique properties. For more information on the different vinyls, please see the 'Metallic Options' tab above.
Is the doming resin scratch-proof?
All of our domed stickers are domed with a scratch-resistant epoxy resin. Not only is the resin coating scratch-proof, but it also provides a high quality look to all of your stickers.
How thick is your domed resin coating?
Our domed resin coating is usually around 0.06 inches thick. However, due to tolerances in the production process, the thickness may vary by +/- 0.03 inches.
What is the minimum and maximum size for a domed sticker?
Minimum size: 0.5 x 0.5 inches
Maximum size: 8.81 x 8.64 inches
Corner Radius: Required (minimum 0.04 in)
What shapes can I choose from?
Our domed stickers are available in almost any shape you can think of. On our website you can choose from: Rectangle, Square, Circle, Stadium and Oval. Once you have chosen your shape you will have full control of the width, height and corner radius (if applicable) to tailor it to your requirements.
If you would like to specify a custom shape or have the sticker contour-cut around the edge of your design or logo, please contact us, attach your logo and explain your requirements. Our graphic designers will be happy to put together a design for you to approve.
