Pesimo servicio al cliente, contacte por medio del chat a un representante para que me ayudar a recrear un diseno que ya teniamos con Name badges international y me dijo podia escribir en observaciones del diseno un numero de sku y solicitar que se hiciera igual a ese codigo, y lo que me enviaron fue totalmente distinto antes de eniarlo me enviuaron un PDF donde aparecia el color correcto, y me llego en color diferente, y llegaron dañados con marcas de las burbujas del plastico en el que lo empacaron, cuando reclame me dijeron que el odf de aprobacion er solo para el diseño y no para los colores, algo que me parece que no tiene sentido, al intgentar comunicacion con el asesor por correo no me brinda ninguna solucion ni ayuda, pesimo servicio.

After the recent acquistion by Custom Genie, all of my name tag templates are now gone. It took me hours to recreate a name tag that was SIMILAR to our old one, but still didn't look as good. I made another $150 purchase and followed the customer services' orders of how to reorder the exact same design. I expressed concern that the template didn't look right. I was told not to worry about that and so long as I used the link, I would get the same tags. I used the link, and it couldn't be more different. I can't use any of them. They have a different background, different font, horrible spacing, completely unprofessional and unusable. Disappointing service after using Name Badges International for the last 5 years.

The the badge color was great, it was actually color of gold and not tan, it had a protective coating inwhich still have the name badge last. I can see ordering git others that would want a name badge. Thank you job well done
