We have been in the printing industry for more than 30 years, gathering a vast amount of professional knowledge that we can use to help you create the perfect custom stickers or labels for your company. Other aspects of promotional printing that we can provide include Name Badges, Stickers, Pens and Embroidered, Sublimated and Digitally Printed Patches, Embroidery, Transfers, and other apparel decorations.

We offer free shipping and additional expedited shipping options at check out. All of our orders are sent by FedEx with 1-2 days of transit. We do not allow 3rd party shipping or pick-ups at our location. All production is standard with 4 business days of production. We also have separate shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii. A signature is required upon delivery.

Yes, we offer international shipping at additional cost. Please check cost for your destination at check out.

We aim to ship all orders within 4 business days of confirmed payment unless it's for a very large quantity (2,000+). If you need your product quickly or must hit an in-hand date, our team will do its best to accommodate you and ship them via FedEx Overnight. Orders must be placed by 10am EST to be included in same-day production. Standard service is 4 business days for production and 1-2 days for transit.

No design fees. Here at Custom Genie, we are proud to say that we have no hidden charges. That means no setup fees and no design fees! To keep ordering simple, all that you pay is the cost of the stickers, delivery and taxes if applicable.

There are 2 different methods of payment that you can choose from on our website:

No. To keep things simple, we only require you to design the first badge for each design. Once this first badge has been designed, a file with additional names and/or job titles can be uploaded. a graphic designer will look over your design and ensure that any long names fit on the badge and that the overall design is aligned correctly. Also, remember to proof each name to make sure that there aren't any spelling mistakes. Once the order is submitted, it'll go directly into production, so no changes can be made.

We can accept logos and designs in almost any format, just send in the best quality logo you have and we’ll be able to produce the best possible result. Yes, our name badges come with a choice of two fittings: Pin or Magnet, with the Exception of our Executive range, which comes with a complimentary upgrade to a Magnet

We're committed to quality. Our name badges are produced using only the very best materials and all badges are produced with a scratch proof epoxy coating. All of our name badges use either high quality polished metal or premium quality injection molded plastic to ensure extreme durability. Our range of pin and magnetic fittings is very durable and designed to last the life of the badge.

All of our domed name badges are domed with a scratch-resistant epoxy resin, with the exception of Engraved Badges. Not only is the epoxy coating scratch-proof, but it also protects the badge keeping your logo looking bright and clear, preserving each of your design's vibrant colors for years of consistent performance.

Payment for web orders are taken at the time that they are submitted. Creating designs and setting up a catalog are all completely free of charge. You can even save a proof of your design for free.

We digitally print using a high resolution 4 color process to print all logos, text and solid background colors of the badges. For more information on colors, see our Technical Guidelines.

Our Executive name badges are made from metal giving that premium look on suits and tailored jackets. Our Executive name badges can have a background of brushed gold, brushed silver, white or in full print backgroud in any other color of your choice. All badges are protected by a domed resin finish.

Our Prestige, Standard and Oval name badges are made from injection molded recyclable, ABS plastic for excellent strength and durability. Our Prestige, Oval and Standard name tags can have a background of brushed gold, brushed silver, white or any other color that you wish to provide.

Our vinyl stickers are available in almost any shape you can think of. On our website, you can choose from: Rectangle, Square, Circle, Oval, or Custom. Once you have chosen your shape, you will have full control of the width, height to tailor it to your requirements. If you would like to specify a custom shape or have the sticker contour-cut around the edge of your design / logo, please contact us, attach your logo and explain your requirements. Our graphic designers will be happy to put together a design for you to approve.

No minimum order for pens or name badges, for stickers, the minimum is either one sheet or if provided individually (e.g. kiss cut, die cut), 50 individual pieces per design

We have two options:

1. On Sheets: The quantity of stickers entered will be automatically rounded up to the nearest quantity available to fill a sheet (printable area is 8.81" x 8.64").
2. On Rolls: The width of the rolls will vary depending on the size of your label.

All of our prices are based on the sticker size and the chosen quantity. The more you buy, the cheaper each sticker becomes. As the size of each sticker is different, we don't have a static price list.

The prices shown on the website include your design printed onto one side of the pen.

Pens are usually supplied in bags or boxes with 50 pens in each bag/box.
